In each of the production steps, the laboratory verifies the chemical and physical characteristics of the corks. All our products are shipped to a laboratory, which performs the following tests:

Physical tests, dimensional control

Dust release

Resistance to boiling water

Release of oxidizing substances

Release of sale peroxides

Control of organoleptic characteristics

Microbiological analyzes and limits for bacteria, molds and yeasts

Control of the extraction force, absorption and progression after 8 days of bottling

Only if we find that the results are within the parameters of  compliance, we deliver the goods to the customer.
